Martin Anderson, Founder

Martin Anderson is a renowned elite player development coach. His purpose is to impact as many athletes as he can through the game of basketball.

Martin played professional basketball for four seasons overseas before back injuries ended his playing career early. Through a short stint as a player development coach in the National Basketball League of Canada he discovered his passion for coaching and decided to commit to training athletes full time.

Martin has since worked with athletes in the NBA, WNBA, FIBA, NCAA D1, NCAA D2, NCAA D3, NAIA, JUCO, High School, Middle School, and Youth all over the world. He has created life long relationships with many elite people within the basketball world such as Phil Handy (LA Lakers Assistant Coach), The Seattle Storm (WNBA), Bob Willett/Gary Hughes (Deuce Brand), and numerous players in the NBA, WNBA.

Martin has a strong love for people , and he cares about every single player that he works with. He creates a family atmosphere and understands that caring for people is far more important than anything else.

CHINWE EZEONU

Chinwe is a retired D1 student athlete who is currently attending grad school at the University of San Francisco pursuing a masters in marriage and family therapy.

She played high school basketball at Seattle Preparatory school and graduated in 2017. She then played a year at San Jose State University then finished off her career playing 4 years at Seattle University. Throughout her career Chinwe has worked as a basketball coach through multiple camps while also being a part of committees such as the racial equity committee at Seattle university.

Currently she has been working alongside Martin Anderson with clinics, workouts, and is the videographer for the entirety of the businesses social media platforms. Chinwe has a strong passion for social justice, mental health of all ages especially with children, and working to empower individuals as a whole. In the future she will continue to work alongside Martin to grow the business/the relationships within it, while also pursuing her dream of becoming a marriage and family therapist.
